International Conference 20-21 June 2024: Call for Abstract Submissions

We are delighted to announce that the British Dyslexia Association will host its 13^th International Conference, ‘Dimensions of Dyslexia: Evidence and Practice’, at the University of Surrey on Thursday and Friday 20^th to 21^st June 2024 next year.

The conference will take place exclusively in-person, providing a much welcome opportunity for researchers and practitioners to gather face to face to discuss developments in the field of dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties.

As well as keynote speeches from prominent academics and world-leading experts, the conference will showcase recent and current research from the field. Sessions will include symposia, spoken research papers, workshops and posters and the timetable will be designed to allow plenty of time for networking and discussion to encourage collaboration and connection.

We are now pleased to welcome abstract submissions from all presenters whose research advances our understanding of dyslexia and related conditions.

The deadline for submissions is 23:59 on 16th October 2023.

We are grateful to our conference committee of leading academics, chaired by Silvia Paracchini from the University of St Andrews, who will review submissions. Presenters will be informed about the review outcome by 15th December 2023.

Tickets for delegates will be available early in 2024.
