Carol Handyside

A passionate, fully qualified mathematics teacher for 20 years, I have an in-depth knowledge of the mathematics curriculum fromearly years to GCSE. I also hold a postgraduate Diploma in Dyscalculia and AMBDA, Dyscalculia.

I am an NCETM Accredited Professional Development Lead and the Director of Spot On With Numbers (www.spotonwithnumbers.co.uk). Spot On is a concrete and pictorial resource designed to aid learners in the development of number sense. I currently work as a tutor on the BDA’s level 5 Dyscalculia programme alongside teaching and assessing for Dyscalculia.
